- Transaction & Payment Data: Payment processing is securely handled through Stripe. We collect transaction histories, rental durations, purchase values, security deposit records, and necessary payout configuration details.
- Public Browsing: Public users ("Guests") may browse listings anonymously.
How We Use Your Information
We use the gathered information to operate, maintain, and improve the Robot Rentals marketplace. This includes managing user accounts, facilitating rentals and purchases, and processing split payments/escrow deposits. Furthermore, verification data helps us minimize fraud, bots, or scam activities on the platform.

- Between Users: We share relevant contact and listing details between buyers, sellers, renters, and service providers to facilitate transactions.
- Third-Party Providers: We share necessary data with secure payment processors (Stripe) and infrastructure partners (Firebase) to execute core functionalities.

Account Deletion & Data Removal
Users have the right to delete their account at any time through the account deletion option available within the application.
When you choose to delete your account, your account will be deactivated immediately and you will no longer be able to access or use the account.
Upon account deletion:
- Your account will be marked as deleted and disabled from active use.
- Your profile, listings, uploaded images, and associated content will no longer be visible to other users through the application.
- Access to your account and related services will be revoked.
Please note that account deletion is implemented as a soft deletion process. We retain account data, content, transaction records, and other associated information in our systems for operational, security, legal, regulatory, backup, audit, dispute resolution, and business continuity purposes.
Retained information may include:

- Transaction records and invoices

Although your account will no longer be accessible, certain data may remain stored in our systems in accordance with our data retention policies and applicable legal requirements.
